Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: ?? The model is not even available in here

That’s a really old model (WR1043N V1 is over 10 years old) and it’s no longer supported, that’s why you can’t find it on the site and why errors like 9806 don’t get fixes anymore. Best option is to either try flashing the last firmware that was released (you can sometimes still find it in archive sites) or consider upgrading to a newer model - the newer firmware is maintained and more stable
