Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.3.0 Build 20250826 Rel.41004

I have a router ER605v2 at a friend's house that has suddenly started giving a lot of error messages.
does anyone know what Device response timed out. (ErrorCode: gateway_-6) means?
I have an ER605v2 with the same firmware on another controller without these problems

 

these messages are under Configuration Result and failed on the controller.

controller version is 6.0.23 and Router firmware is 2.3.0 Build 20250826 Rel.41004

all is EA release.

 

The router is restarted every night, everything is also powered off.

I noted the same issue across all my gateways.  You can usually clear them with a force provision followed by a reboot, but not always.

 

Seems to be a bug ith beta v6, However i dont think there are any actual issues as everything works fine.

 

Take a look in the "incompatible" list at your switches ports too, you will see a error that shouldnt be there :-)

Thank you for your post. Please try the suggested force-provision and restart to see if that resolves the issue. In addition, kindly provide the relevant screenshots for us to review. Is this display persistent, or does it only appear after a specific action?

I have tried what you mentioned and it got better but these are still there. I don't think it is a problem and it is probably just a bug in the linux version of omada. I don't have this problem on the windows version.

I had a remote site that i could not get rid of the same ones.  what eventually worked - copied the site, moved the gateway to the new site.  let it config.  then moved it back to original site, deleted copied site.

fantastic, I've had the problem on a windows controller too now, everything seems to work so I'm not too worried :-)
