I have the VIGI NVR4032H and 12 Vigi 8Mp IPC's, I also have an omada network running with a cloud controller. Whats the best way to setup up my Vigi network ? Witch app is for what or better in my case ? I want to connect everything in the cloud, I have bought all the licence for the IPC's. So witch app ? the vigi app or the guard app ?

This allows you to manage both Omada and VIGI devices from a single interface. After binding your cloud account, you can log in to the Omada Guard app using the same TP-Link ID to view recordings or manage your VIGI devices from your mobile phone.Please refer to the relevant guide below.
