Model: VIGI NVR1008H-8P
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0. Build 250710 Rel. 71260n

Hello All,

I am facing with a problem that I would like to stream my Vigi systems output to my smart tv, but I can not activate the channel 0 feature of my NVR. Checking the live feed via HDMI is not an option, so I need some smart solution here. I can check the picture of a single camera, but I would like to see all 4 cameras picture streamed in one picture. Do you have any idea here?

I could find out that the channel 0 feature would be the solution, but it is not available in my device? Is this any HW version issue or what?

Thanks in advance!

Tomi

Hi @Ethan-TP,

Is this list of devices still valid?

Are there further devices that support channel 0 since your last post?

Thanks.

Hi @SecCamFan

Yes, the models listed above are still valid. You can also confirm by checking their corresponding latest firmware release note, which does mention this feature is available now.

But there is no further plan adding other models into this list at the moment.

However, please note that it doesn't really mean we would not add this feature into the other models in the future. Please pay attention to our official website and further firmware release.

Hope this may help.
