My ER605 V2.0 is running 2.3.0 Build 20250428 Rel.18967. I downloaded the new 2.3.1 Build 20251015 Rel. 78291 and performed the upgrade. It installs and reboots without error, but when I login the Status page says I'm still on the 2.3.0 firmware
Thank you for your post. Could you let us know how you’re managing the device—Standalone or via an Omada Controller?
Also, please make sure the connection between your PC and the router isn’t interrupted while the firmware is uploading. You can try uploading the file several times; in most cases the upload itself works without issue.
@Ethan-TP I have tried the firmware upgrade several times. It is managed standalone. It is not connected to Omada. I also tried the recent 2.3.2 firmware and it also does not upgrade either. There is also nothing in the logs about the firmware upgrade.
Did you see any error messages during the upgrade? Under normal conditions the update should go through. You might want to try flashing it in emergency-recovery mode.
