  @Vincent-TP This update seems to have disabled POE for my EAP655-wall even though it was showing checked in the controller. Unceck and re-check fixed it. My controller is on a switch POE powered from a 655-wall unit so unsure if that was part of the issue (as it would loose connectivity during the update)....

Upgraded from the previous 1.6.0 Build 20250530

I also got a note it failed on one of my wall units but checking the unit's version it shows its on the version listed above (1.6.0 Build 20251111)

Hi  @GoodOmens

Thanks for the feedback.

I’m a bit confused about your topology setup. Could you please describe your network topology again or provide a screenshot?

This update seems to have disabled POE for my EAP655-wall

>>>Do you mean the EAP won't obtian power from a POE supplier, or, the EAP655-wall works as a POE supplier and unable to provide power to other devices?

  @Vincent-TP The media cabinet switch (SG2008 v4.20) is POE powered off of the Family Room EAP. During the update the Media Cabinet switch never recovered (and has a server that has my Omada controller docker on it). The switch had all its lights off.  Using a wall wort to power the switch (so I could access my controller) I saw The 655-wall was showing the POE option enabled but switch was not powered by it. I was able to resolve the issue by toggling the enable POE option from ON->OFF->ON for that port on the 655-wall and was then able to remove the wall wort from powering it (so it went back to POE power).

Hi  @GoodOmens

Thank you for the explanation. It's clear now.

One more information: What device do you use to power on the EAP655-wall? A POE adapter or switch? Please also give us the model number of the device. Thank you.

How many EAP655-wall do you have in total?

  @Vincent-TP SG2210MP v4.20. It's showing 32.90W / 150.00W across all devices.

I have 4 EAP 655-walls. Below is the screenshot

I tried hitting reschedule but got a different error that the devices was up-to-date as I didn't realize it was on 1.6.0 Build 20251111 Rel. 42814 when I hit re-schedule. It's possible the controller was offline during a portion of the update (due to it being downstream from a different wall unit) and caused it? But all devices completed the update.

Hi  @crrodriguez

It’s not the case. We will continue rolling out updates for EAP615-wall.
The absence from this list is because this model is maintained by a different team with a separate update schedule.
