There is no image.Web interface it is accessible, but it reacts to commands very slowly.Firmware in three different versions V2 without results, the status of the current firmware remains unchanged:1.0.0 Build 221114 Rel.62898n.What else can be done to restore working capacity?

You can manage the device through the VIGI app.
In addition, the latest firmware on our official website is V2.2.0; we recommend upgrading to this version.
Please ensure a stable connection between the PC and the camera, and try testing with a different device to see if the issue persists.
