All devices have been adopted without inserting the USB stick. All working normally. No perform any reset cause I want to keep the settings. To complex to redoo everything manually and not trust the restore especially on big version change but fortunatelly issue has been fixed.

you have to remove the USB stick if not will not reboot after upgrade the page will become unresponsive after time out (last stage where is an progress message box). So only thing working is to pull out the usb stick from controller and try again. For me everything was ok in the end all devices are adopted with correct settings

the USB stick is a very old one, maybe get corrupted I do not now and not interested now to check it out but for sure was a fix by removing it at before 4th try.
