Thanks for posting here.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Restart the Omada Controller Service
2. Clear Browser Cache & Try a Different Browser
- Clear cache & cookies
- Try Incognito/Private Mode
- Test with a different browser
3. Reinstall the Omada Controller
- Uninstall the current version via Control Panel → Programs and Features.
- Delete residual files (if any) from:
C:\Users\<YourUser>\OmadaController - Download the latest version from TP-Link’s Omada Software Controller page.
- Reinstall and try logging in again.
4. Check Firewall/Antivirus
- Temporarily disable Windows Defender Firewall or any third-party antivirus.
- Add exceptions for Omada Controller ports (8043, 8088, 29810-29817).
5. Contact TP-Link Support
If nothing helps, please contact TP-Link support for further help.
