Thanks for posting here.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Restart the Omada Controller Service

2. Clear Browser Cache & Try a Different Browser

  • Clear cache & cookies 
  • Try Incognito/Private Mode 
  • Test with a different browser 

3. Reinstall the Omada Controller

  1. Uninstall the current version via Control Panel → Programs and Features.
  2. Delete residual files (if any) from:
    C:\Users\<YourUser>\OmadaController
    
  3. Download the latest version from TP-Link’s Omada Software Controller page.
  4. Reinstall and try logging in again.

4. Check Firewall/Antivirus

  • Temporarily disable Windows Defender Firewall or any third-party antivirus.
  • Add exceptions for Omada Controller ports (8043, 8088, 29810-29817).

5. Contact TP-Link Support

If nothing helps, please contact TP-Link support for further help.
