Firmware upgrade failed from the RC to Stable version

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 2.1.0 / 1.1.0

My Omada gateway were on the RC firmwares, but I cannot upgrade from that to the current stable version.

Please help. Thanks.

ER706W-4G v1.2 1.2.2 Build 20250821 Rel.60581(4555) > 2.1.4 Build 20251104 Rel.80234

ER7412-M2 v1.20 1.1.0 Build 20251009 Rel.64338 > 1.1.0 Build 20251015 Rel.63594

They just keep prompting the upgrade failures.

Thank you for your post. Regarding the ER706W-4G V1.2, V1.2.2 is indeed the latest firmware available; there is no V2.1.4 release for this model.
As for the ER7412-M2, please retry the upgrade several times to see if it succeeds. Alternatively, try performing the update in Standalone mode, or consider using firmware recovery to attempt the upgrade.
