OC200 - associate with new TP-Link account
I need to move an OC200 to a different TP-Link cloud account.
Can I do this remotely? If so how?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for posting here.
You cannot remotely switch cloud accounts via cloud login. Changing the cloud account requires disabling the current cloud account first, which prevents cloud login. To switch cloud accounts, you must log in locally.
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Log in to the controller locally via the local admin account
To change the cloud owner account bound with an on-premises controller, you must log in locally using a local account. If you log in via a cloud account, you will not have permission to proceed with the following steps.
Step 2: Unbind the current Cloud Owner Account:
Choose the Global View, Settings > Cloud Access, click Unbind TP-Link ID:
Note: Ensure the controller is connected to the internet; otherwise, this operation cannot be completed.
Step 3: Enable cloud access and bind with the new account
After step 2, the cloud access will be disabled:
Turn on the Cloud Access switch, you can input the new account on this page:
Click Log in and Bind, then wait a moment; you will see the cloud Access Status turn to Connected again. And the new account will be listed on this page as Owner ID:
With the above operation, we have transferred the Cloud Owner permissions of the current account to the new account.
