Hola, tengo un EAP 620 (AX1800) la cual no enciende el led de power.
Recibe PoE desde mi switch SG3452XP , el cual indica que recibe 1.8w, sin embargo nunca llega a encender.
Desde el propio inyector PoE que incluye el AP en caja hace mas de lo mismo.
Doy perdido este AP? Se utilizó solo dos dia y derrepente sucede esto.

For this kind of issue, please consider the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Use the same POE power supply to power on a different POE device. If that doesn't work, try with different Ethernet cables, better with a shorter one.
2. test with different POE ports;
3. Factory reset the EAP via the reset button.
If none of the above helps, please contact your reseller to check the warranty of the EAP.
