Hello,

I have a TP-Link Omada WIFI with OC200 controller, a couple of switches and around 10 Access Points. I have many smart devices from multilpe brands connected to TBR (I have an Apple TV 4K, Google Hub 2gen, HomeAssistant SkyConnect, Tado Bridge X..). All smart devices that are matter compatible are working find through Thread or Wifi with their own application on smart phone. However, I am unable to add ANY of them on Google Home or Apple HomeKit using QR code or configuration code through the IPV6 network managed by my Omada WIFI Network. However, it works fine using the "simple" wifi from my Internet provider router.

What am I missing? Is there any document explaining any configuration required to have Matter working on an Omada Wifi configuration?

@Cribou64 Generally speaking, there aren't any specific configurations needed to get Matter devices working on an Omada Network. Here's a general troubleshooting FAQ for Matter devices, but I think we're gonna need more info to provide more in-depth steps or insights as to where to go from here.

How to troubleshoot a connected Matter device failing setup in another smart home platform | TP-Link

However, you do need to keep in mind potential limitations on either your network or the method you are using to manage your matter devices.

- Are all your APs compatible with IPV6? Are any of them isolated APs?
I know this is implied in your post but it's worth explicitly confirming that your network as a whole is compatible with IPV6. If you can provide the specific models, I can check their compatibility for you. (If you have any Tapo or other TP-Link smart home devices, we can likely do even more on our Smart Home forums)

Hi  @Cribou64

Thanks for posting here.

This requires IPv6 ULA, which Omada does not yet support.

You can add your vote in the following post. Thanks for your understanding.
