  @Vincent-TP

I have several devices that won't connect to my new EAP720's.  I replaced 2 eap225's with these.  Installed and adopted them to the network.  I a few devices that won't connect and I know it's not them because I have other devices of the same model/version that connected just fine.  I've done everything from rebooting, creating separate SSID 2.4ghz and 5ghz.  Turning off security, turning off all extra features, rebooting the devices, factory resetting them, creating new wireless networks, trying the guest network, upgrading all firmware on the router/eaps/controllerOC200.  NOTHING has fixed it and i'm about to return these things.  I tried to do a support chat and it said an agent would join, but nobody ever did.  I don't have much more time to waste, so please reply as quick as possible or I'm going to have to return these and just install my eap225's again.

Hi  @Gregs83

What kind of device can't connect to EAP720?

Would you please also tell us the hardware version and firmware version of the mentioned EAP225?

I have several devices that won't connect to my new EAP720's.

>>Does this mean there are also some devices can connect to the EAP720's network correctly?

If no client can connect, you may troubleshoot the EAP's uplink Ethernet cable, such as by using a shorter cable or a known-working cable.

For this kind of concern, you may contact our hotline team to get real-time help.
