SNMP via Omada Controller
Good day Community,
We have an issue where the SNMP data is not able to pull through when the gateway is connected and managed by the (omada network controller v5.15.24.18), but when I have it in standalone mode on the same internet connection SNMP is active and working,
I have tried updating the firmware to the latest to test and down again, but I'm still unsuccessful.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Oasis-IT
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Did you try to update the firmware for both of your ER605 V2 and Omada Controller? May I ask what are the current versions of them?
Is it possible that you can provide the configuration screenshots of both in standalone mode and Controller mode of SNMP for our reference?

Good day, @Hank21 thank you for your reply,
Please see below version of the controller and ER605v2,
Controller
5.15.24.18
Gateway
2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992
For the ER605v2 I have tried upgrading and downgrading to the current version to attempt resolving this issue with no luck.

Hi @Oasis-IT
Thanks for your valued reply.
Can you help to clarify the details. As it was mentioned that the SNMP "unable to pull through," when the ER605 managed by Controller, but what are the specific contact issues?
For example, can the router be contacted via SNMP software? Is it impossible to connect, or does it mean that attempting to walk the nodes doesn't return any data?
It would be much appreciated if any screenshot to show the issue is provided.
