Hi community,

 

I just bought a oc200 and a er605.

I did a basic config: isp to er605 to a basic switch to oc200

The passwords are the same on all devices.

All have fixed ip adr

Only one vlan

Er605 has been basic configuration and connection to isp is ok

Oc200 can see er605 in devices and can start adopt .

it complains that the passwords are wrong, and ask of the pasw of the device.i fill in the passw again.

then adoption works, goes to provisioning and then connect.

Is goes wrong at configuration step. It cannot configure.

The er605 goes in fallback in his 192.168.0.1

 

The passwords are identical, no doubt. 

 

I used simple passwords.

I tried this many times. 

I even used ai for 'help'

according ai i did it correctly

It it timeconsuming, because each time you have to factory reset,fill in the fixed ip address along with all the waiting of the devices being ready.

This forum is the last hope for help.

 

Has anybody any ideas ?

Next step might be using a pc or a i send it bach to the reseller and do everything without oc200 and use only er605 and my managed switch sg3210
