Hello Community Members

I am using 2 ISPs: Airtel and N-Tel. Both are on different V-Lans and have their own ONTs. I have one switch as per the mentioned model number. Currently, I have connected the N-Tel ONT to the switch via a LAN cable, and the LAN devices are connected to the N-Tel Network. Wi-Fi, some are using Airtel, and some N-Tel. I want to configure N-Tel and Airtel on the same switch so that, in the event of a failure, another ISP takes over and provides uninterrupted internet to all connected devices. How can I do this? Please guide.

One important point is that both have different Static IPs and the same subnets.

I may be wrong but I believe that only the Omada gateways can do the automatic failover that you are looking for.

  @jra11500 Thanks, but I am unable to understand. Kindly advise in simple language. What do you mean by OMADA Gateway?

Gateway = Router

Switches are not routers.  Switches can do very basic L3 forwarding using static routes, but not actual ISP failover, NAT etc, you need a gateway for that
