After adding the gateway to the site where the status was ONLINE the gateway status shows as PRE-CONFIGURED and I cannot manage or get any information:

I use a hardware controller OC200 connected to the internet. I already have another ER707-M2 added to the account and working. I need to add the second one to establish site-2-site VPN.

I already tried:

1- Reboot

2- Reset to factory

3- Update firmware

Your help is greatly appreciated.
