Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20250812 rel.75732(4555)

Dear TP-Link Technical Support Team,

I am writing to request an advanced technical workaround for a regulatory domain (802.11d) conflict on two recently purchased routers. I invested roughly 300 SAR to upgrade my home network infrastructure with these devices, and they are currently unusable for mobile clients.

Device Details:

  • Router 1: Archer AX10 (Hardware: EU, Ver: 3.0)

  • Router 2: Archer AX12 (Hardware: ME, Ver: 1.0)

  • Current Location: Pakistan

The Issue: Both routers are broadcasting the 5GHz SSID perfectly for laptops. However, none of the smartphones in my house (including a flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and four other Android devices) can detect the 5GHz network.

As a Network Engineer, I have diagnosed this as a Country Code / Regional Lock conflict.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:

  • Manually tested all available 5GHz control channels (36, 40, 44, 48). Higher channels (149-161) are not available in the GUI due to the EU/ME firmware restrictions.

  • Adjusted Channel Widths (20/40/80 MHz) and toggled wireless modes (removing Wi-Fi 6 / AX).

  • Verified both routers are running the latest official firmware.

  • Performed hard factory resets and attempted mobile-level bypasses (Airplane mode, network resets, removing SIM cards to clear location cache) with zero success.

now please guide me how to fix this matter .

A possible workaround has been described here. I don't know if you've tested this, but if not, you may try it.
