Model: OC220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.10 Build 20260117

My OC220 will not recognize a known working USB key formatted as FAT32 for a backup target. The USB drive I'm using is a PNY 64GB Elite-X Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive. It's the same size, brand, and model that I'm successfully using in my legacy OC200 device setup.

When enabling the backup schedule there is a informational context stating "Backup Schedule is available only when it's powered by a PoE device and a storage device's USB port." I meet both the PoE and USB requirements when enabling the backup schedule.

Do you have any thoughts (size, bug, brand, etc) on why this might not be working?

Hi  @Keystroke13

Thanks for posting here.

Please refer to the following to do some troubleshooting:

What should I do if Omada Hardware Controller cannot detect USB Drive?

If the situation persists, please give us the following info for further analysis:

1. The POE switch that powers on the OC220;

2. A screenshot of the error message;

3. A screenshot of the OC220 showing the USB status:
