Firmware Version: 6.2.0.12

hi all,

in reference to my previous closed post I would like to reopen the issue as it still persists:

  • LLDP is not capable identify the uplink ETH0 port of EAP615:

EAP615 LLDP

and yes, LLDP is enabled for all devices:

LLDP

  • in EAP configuration there is no ETH0 - you can't configure any parameter of the uplink port:

EAP615 ports

HW and FW versions:

  • Controller: 6.2.0.12 (Windows based)
  • EAP615 v1.0: 1.5.4 Build 20250515 Rel. 67108
  • SG2008P v3.20: 3.20.17 Build 20260121 Rel.53429

Hi  @ZoloNN

Thanks for posting here.

This is because the ETH0 port (POE-in port) on Wall products is an uplink port and does not support configuration, which is why it is not displayed in this interface.

Currently, all EAP Wall products are designed this way.

May I ask why you want to display this port? Are you looking to check specific information about this port, or are you trying to make any configurations?

Hi @Vincent-TP

looking at ETH1-3 in Controller - there is almost nothing to configure except enable and VLAN assignment - and no statistics option available.

Just wondering why you can't view ETH0 at all.

And of course why it isn't detected by LLDP - which is only a small cosmetics issue on the Topology view of Dashboard....

btw: one year ago there was no LLDP detection of ER605 ports in Topology view of Dashboard - and today it's there (see my old post).
