@Vishlamba Did you extract the firmware from the ZIP before updating? Also, have you restarted your devices?

Hi, thank for you reply, yes all FW I am trying to update have been unzipped, I am unable to update EAP 660HD and both my SG2428P, all update give the same error controller offline or does exist.

I have restarted my devices and controller multiple times. Tried force provision also.

thanks

Hi  @Vishlamba

Thanks for posting here.

I noticed you posted a comment under the trial thread for version 6.2.10 the other day. Could you please share whether upgrading to 6.2.10 resolved the issue, or if it was addressed through other methods?

Yesterday

I would like to confirm that the issue regarding cloud updates persists.

Following the OC200 1.39.9 update, I found that updating devices over the cloud was no longer possible. I used AnyDesk with my client to locally update the OC200 to version 1.40.11, hoping that it might fix the issue of cloud updating my devices, but I am still unable to perform cloud updates for the connected devices.

Additionally, I am experiencing a similar issue with my OC300 (running 1.34.11 Build 20260408 Rel.58628 Beta). I was unable to update the EAP 7x devices released today via the cloud. However, once I accessed the controller locally, all EAP 7xxx devices updated successfully.

Please let me know if you need any thing else thanks.

Regards

Vish.
