Hi all.

 

I bought two unit of omada switches, SG2218 and SG2210MP. Both unit is connected to the Omada Cloud.

 

2218 is connected to the router and 2210 is connected to the 2218 using fibre SFP.

 

there is no problems with the 2218 (so far, touch wood) but my 2210 keeps disconnect and reconnect with omada cloud everyday and sometimes gives an adoption failure.

 

I've check the sfp and fibre and all is okay (no connection error/dropped connection)

 

Is this normal or something wrong with the firmware/hardware? TQ

Thanks for posting here.

 

Is the Internet of the SG2210MP affected?

If not, according to the logs, the issue lies in the communication between this switch and the controller.

 

Where is the controller plugged into? Please plug it into another device/port and see if the same situation persists. If convenient, you can also replace the controller cable.

 

BTW, what's the model number of the gateway router? Is it TP-Link?

What type of controller are you using? What's its firmware version?
