Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.40.18 Build 20260506 Rel.74003

I have configured the new Wi-Fi Calling Profile available in 1.40.18 firmware for the OC200 , and despite making calls, I am not seeing any traffic recorded on the OC200. Will this only show up if I am using a TP-Link Omada gateway?

Did you enable it in the SSID?

Do you have a Omada AP?

1 x EAP 610(US) V3.0 FW: 1.6.0

2 x EAP 613(US) V1.0 FW: 1.6.0

I just tested this and got the same thing...

I wonder if the AP firmware needs to be updated to report back to the controller.

Hi  @KimcheeGUN

I thought that too, that the EAPs need new firmware, but reading this post it would imply it would tell you if they were not compatible.

 Hi, @kasa_user
Thank you for posting on our business forum.

The WiFi Calling feature requires your EAP device to be upgraded to the new firmware that is fully compatible with Controller v6.2. Currently, firmware for the EAP6xx series may not yet be fully compatible with v6.2.

You may also visit the EAP firmware download page on our official website, and check the release note for your specific device model to confirm whether it supports WiFi Calling.

For example, taking the EAP787 as an example: you can find from the release note of firmware version EAP787(US)_V1.6_1.5.1_Build 20260415 that official support for the WiFi Calling feature has been added in this release.EAP787 | Omada Network Support

You may also refer to the following post:Hardware/firmware requirement for wifi calling feature - Business Community

Thank you for your understanding.

  @Nathan-TP

My EA610 v2 received two firmware updates back to back today. One update to 1.6.6 and then another to 1.6.7 build 20260507.

Where can I find the release notes for either of these to see if they include the features mentioned above?
