In reviewing the logs, I see that some 15 minutes ago the EAP detected a radar and changed its channel from 100 to 108.  However, the channel change supposedly did not occur.  Using the Wi-Fi Analyzer tool on a PC showed the EAP remaining on channel 100.  The OC300 controller also showed the EAP on channel 100.

After waiting some 15 minutes more, the EAP is still on channel 100.  My question is "Did it really switch channels?".  It appears that there was no channel change and there is no NOP entry in the logs.

Update:  An NOP entry finally appeared in the logs but there still is no indication that that the channel change actually occurred.
