There is a big mess with different HW versions, different firmware for different HW versions and different features. Sometimes a product with a new HW version is a totally different product like the EAP725-wall in HW 2.60. When you order products you also dont know what you get...

I love the Omada system and learnt a lot while doing the configurations. Due to the many versions of HW and SW it is not easy to find out which functionality is offered by which product. Another example is the "Wi-Fi Calling" functionionality which should optimize the quality of calls. I configured everything and found out later that my EAP653 V1.0 does not support it and its impossible to find out which EAP (HW and SW) supports it.

Please TP-LINK you can do that much better
