I have a problem with a VIGI C350 1.0 camera (firmware v.2.3.1 Build 260327 Rel.2886n). When I power it on, it starts for a few seconds, I hear a clic-clac sound twice (the IR LEDs turn on and off), and then after a few seconds, the camera reboots. And then, again, same scheme, the clic-clac sound twice, and the camera reboots after a few seconds. It is very difficult to even open the web-based interface of the camera, as you only have a few second timeframe before the camera reboots. The video stream is unavailable most of the time, as the camera constantly reboots. Every now and then, the camera calms down, stops rebooting and remains on, for good, but this rarely happens.

Also, I changed the power supply type (tested PoE from my TP-Link VIGI NVR, tested also with a 12Vdc wallwart power supply).

I upgraded to the latest firmware. I removed the SD card. I did a factory reset too, holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds.
