EAP Controller can't find WAP
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I installed an EAP320 Wireless Access Point on my home network. I simply plugged in the device to an Ethernet connection in my living room. Then, I installed the EAP Controller software on my laptop. When I run the software, it doesn't see my WAP. At first, I thought it was because I was wireless on my laptop, but then I tried plugging into my network directly and I still couldn't find the EAP320 on the controller software. The WAP is working fine, but it seems to be acting as it's own network rather than an extension of my existing network. It is open (no password). What do I do?
PS: I'm not a computer guy, so....
