I created a new SSID "xyz", then connected with some clients. When I delete the SSID throug the webtool, the SSID still appears on my Iphone 5s. How to delete the SSID definitively?

Hi can you please give more details? If you use other devices the said is available? Have you deleted said on both radios 2.4 and 5?
