I was unsure what to put into the WBS210 settings for the TL-ANT2415MS for 'Antenna Gain' so I put in 15dbi as the Antenna specs.

That's the correct setting.

Also found t he two [COLOR=#333333]M6x35 bolts to be too short so left off the self tightening washer.

I reported this "bug" last year to TP-Link already. Makes me wonder why they still deliver wrong bolts. Should be M6x40.

Great that it finally works for you! Have fun!

Had time for a quick tweaking session today,
Set: Antenna Gain: 0 (20dBm)
Max TX Rate: MCS6 (Lowering this increased signal strength)

The connection speeds are now impressive within the whole building even the end rooms ( around 64Mbps !) even the back of the building C and the stairwells now get 22Mbps.

Awesome stuff! :)

You should be aware that 1,000mW EIRP for 2.4GHz band is illegal in most countries and in the worst case your WiFi equipment could be seized (again depending on the country).

Reducing speed does not lower signal strength, but avoids codecs you probably could use if signal strength is properly aligned to the distance.

I am back! The whole thing stopped working with 25+ users on the WBS210/TL-ANT2415MS on B roof.
So I should have listened to you experts.
This time for version 2 my focus will be on getting wifi inside of building C mainly (and B,E). To share that 100mbit/s Internet goodness connection equally amongst the laptops and mobile phones.
My new setup is below. I am open to comment - and will listen this time. Hopefully I don't have to bin the
WBS210/TL-ANT2415MS.

What's the purpose of the 2x EAP110-Outdoor? Should they cover outdoor devices or buildings B and E?
Note that the EAP110-Outdoor has a coverage area of up to 100-150m (200m theoretically for 802.11n, if good weather and not a Friday the 13th
:D).

Hopefully I don't have to bin the WBS210/TL-ANT2415MS.

You could still use the WBS210 with sector antenna to feed up to 20-25 outdoor clients. Or exchange the TL-ANT2415MS by the newly announced TL-ANT2410MO omnidirectional antenna to replace one of the EAP110-Outdoor.

thanks for looking R1D2, that omnidirectional looks great I will put it with the WBS210/TL to cover B and some of the yard. Then I just need to find a way to get something out to E (might even be able to run a cable to that one)

Would I be better off just having WBS510 to the first CPE510? Then running network cable from CPE510 -> TL-WR841HP
-> TL-WR841HP -> TL-WR841HP

Do I even need an antenna that first hop is 8 meters so maybe from A to C - CPE520 <->
CPE520 -cat6> TL-WR841HP - cat6 > TL-WR841HP - cat6 > TL-WR841HP

IMHO, no. Only difference is the antenna - for one directional link only a CPE510 fits perfectly.

Using a cable is always the best option. Wireless links are the second-best solution if cabling isn't possible.

Great looks much cleaner.

I am guessing the cat6 cable can be run from the (C) CPE520 to the first TL-WR841HP then multiple cat6 out and into the other WR841HP's (maybe use a switch before the first WR841)
This would be from the (C) CPE520 it is as fast as it can be then cable sent to multiple TL-WR841HP's throughout the building.
I suppose the 2.4Ghz wifi in the building would overlap with the same ssid's hopefully that is not a problem.

Same SSIDs are no problem (it makes roaming between SSIDs possible), but you should use different WiFi channels.
