Hi All
Not sure on which version i have V1 or V2 (not sure how to find out)
My only question is how many connected clients/device can i get on 1 SSID (if i create multiple SSIDs will that reduce the total connected devices across all or will i get for example 50 connections live on each SSID?

Please check the backside of EAP110, you will see a serial number and next to it you will see ver1.0/2.0 or EU1.0/2.0
ver 1.0 and EU 1.0 mean V1.

According to TP-Link support, the recommended connection is 30 in total, no matter how many ssids you set up( no more than 8 SSIDs),

Strongly depends on environment, AirTIme and the usage pattern. For example, if users are streaming 720p videos, it will work smoothly for up to 20-25 clients in 2.4 GHz band if enough AirTIme is available. If the user's data volume is rather low, 30-40 clients could use the EAP110.

So i have managed to confirm we are using V2
The environment we are in or do is below
Our company tests phones via a software thats installed on a PC and also the phone, more of a Quality Check (QC) - in order to test the phones we have to connect them to a wifi until the test is complete - this can take about 5 minutes per device but we have for example 10 staff with 6 devices each all running at the same time. once the device has established wifi connection and completed the test we rest the device to factory reset which will also at the time release the IP from the device.
We have and are currently using things more expensive like Cisco APs (Aironet 3700/2600) but noticed that we can connect several phones up but the release time seems to be a delay on the AP and (loses its IP) it takes a few minutes for those block of IP address to become available again so the next batch of devices can see and pick them up

That's an effect caused by the DHCP server, not the WiFi AP. You should reduce the DHCP lease time so that unused leases will be re-useable instantly.
