unmanaged switch sending slow packet problem - TL-SG1024

im using 6 unit TL-SG1024 on 3 different place.
the problem every morning i need to unplug the power cord just to make the switch properly on the network because i dont unplug it the sharing connection very slow.
sometimes i have to unplug a couple times. i dont know whats wrong with the switch.
