TL-GS108 Gigabit CAT5.E problem

I have 2 different cables both CAT5.E and the length is 10 meters,one of these two, if connected to my pc with windows 10 or with debian is detected at gigabit, I did some transfer tests and checked the connection from the fritz control panel that shows a gigabit connection.
When it is connected to the switch it is denoted with an orange LED (fast eterneth) instead of green (gigabit) and this is wrong.The second CAT5E cable, on the other hand, is recognized without any kind of problem.
