I just got a brand new TP-Link T1700X-16TS (V1) and it seems that it won't link on SFP+ ports. Plugging in the SFP in the ports results in a console message that the SFP was added but then nothing. The SFP in question a TP-Link SFP+ that works fine in another TP-Link switch without a problem.

I have tried re-flashing the latest firmware with no change.

Also, I noticed that in the admin interface the duplex and flow control for the SFP+ ports cannot be changed. The options are there but changing them doesn't "stick", the page just refreshes and the settings go back to what they were previously.

Does anyone know what could be the issue here? I am thinking I might have got a dud.

If anyone has any pointers, I would really appreciate the help in this matter.
