Kris, Thank you for your help so far, Unfortunately I cannot find the IP address (or in fact the item on my exo-system) I'm on Orange France and they have a beautiful app here which maps everything. I attach the map, I have 3 ethernets connected, but interesting the OC200 is not showing

Provided that everything is connected the way you said it is and the OC200 is powered on, I would expect it to show up on a network scan.

I'm not quite sure why it is not showing on the App from Orange, but have you tried using the OMADA app to search for it?

Kris apols for radio silence been busy in toursim business here in France! OK
Good news is my TP-POE swtich ox arrived and its done the trick, it would appear the POE for the EAP25 isnt strong enough to power the OC200, so ive got that activated and on the could. Im just connecting th  EAP25 and hopefully that's it.

Thanks for all the help. if it works I'll be getting another EAP 25 to extend further.

I have the same issue with the Cloud LED not lighting up. Normal switches will not work if they are not POE power enabled. What I did is use a fast  charger (phone charger) micro-USB to support the OC200 Omada Controller. This device needs a sufficient power. Even if the power is ON the Cloud LED will not blink if the power is not enough. I just purchased the OC200 yesterday and take me hours to find a solution.  I hope this help.

In the upcoming Omada SDN controller, you will be able to change alias for the clients.
