HI, 
have a problem with the VOIP config.
(port forwarding)
register number on provider



phone rings, but no voice to hear. 
ALG on, off does not matter.
Virtual Server port forwarding (5004 -5020 UDP), (5060-5076) no effect 

what is wrong

Is VOIP service provider letting you open the port of 5004 -5020, 5060-5076 UDP? You can paste your configuration and let's have a look.

And is there any problem with outgoing calls ?

outgoing calls have the same problem.

other router everything ok ...

But that's not a solution...

About this problem, it's better to check the packets to check what happen exactly.

I think you can use the Port Mirror feature of the router, to capture the packet of the WAN port and the port connected to the IP Phone. Then send an email to TP-Link Support for getting help. This problem is better to communicate by email.

It is better to use STUN server, if it is possible.

This firmware fixed some SIP ALG problems also.
