Hi,

Does anyone know if the T1500G-10PS should work with allmost any SFP optics or if I need TP-Link coded optics?

I cant forward any traffic when using SFP port. SFP optics Link-UP but are not forwarding any traffic, have tried with several standard non-coded SFP 1G LX.

SFP port 9 and 10 have the same default VLAN and port config as all other ports ( default config ) , but traffic are not forwared.

I just got this box yesterday and noticed it says version 3 on the labels. All firmware available are asking about version 1 or 2 , I guess this one dont have any newer software yet?

Anyone with good ideas?

Hi Ladmar:

I have some doubt about "non coded"SFP.As I said in the other topic, I used Alcatel SFP with TP-Link switch, I have not met any issue.

In my opinion, you can use third party SFP with TP-Link switch.
