all messages are in englsh language except the cryptical one from your pharos software in the window "pcserver" I also cannot unterstand

check your tray, check your task manager, check processes with 'netstat -a', kill all the suspicious process, which you think can be with conflict of pharos. Use uninstall with 'run as administrator', deactivate your antivirus for a while.

@Mitya have same probelm receive message another application ... hipap.db.log when trying to uninstall as administrator.  however, I have no way to trace what app is using that log.   I've tried installing on two machines of different machines MS Surface one, Dell R620 bith running W10.  Would like to know how to either fix install or remove the s/w
