@Don_A, OC200 needs a PoE adapter according to IEEE 802.3af PoE if you want to power it through PoE.

Those adapters always have a voltage of ~48V and a power rating of max. 15.4 watts (including possible loss on the cable). My OC200 requires ~3.2 to 3.5 watts when idle, so the standard PoE power budget is more than enough. For example, TL-POE150S is suitable for powering an OC200. You can see its specifications (which apply to any other 802.3af PoE adapter, too) on the product website.

As for the input voltage: this depends on your country; it can be 110V (eg. U.S.) or 230V (eg. EU).

Nowadays, most switching power supplies support auto-sensing and can be used for 100 to 240 volts.
