How to setup VPN to allow external people to connect
Hi I just got a new VPN router at my workplace and I wanted to know on how to setup openvpn and allow people to be redirected to my vpn router and get an IP address to allow access to others.
I am completly new to this so any help would be appreciated :).

Unfortunately TL-R600VPN doesn't support OpenVPN.
It supports PPTP/L2TP/IPsec VPN. Maybe you can refer to the following FAQ.

You'll need to set up an IP (dynamic or static). Then, you can use any platform that offers VPN connections such as wifi hotspots on your phone for each guest.
To allow external connections, you should setup a Dynamic Miticast address from the WAN settings page. This will give visitors internet access through the main network wifi so they can connect to your devices on the LAN while they're in range of it. To take advantage of this, make sure all devices are connected and configured into your home network's WiFi Network without a password. This includes laptops, tablets and mobile phones with internet capabilities ;)
