Hello i have a problem

Using omada controler i setet up my routr and 2 ssd one is for visitors another one is for workers . The problem is that visitor network has vouchers but for some reason when connecting to the wifi with pc the woucher login page work but when you try it on your phone or any other phone you get the err that the website is unreachable

Please upgrade the firmware of your EAP225-Wall tp the latest version, and keep your Omada Controller running all the time. 

 

 

when you try it on your phone or any other phone you get the err that the website is unreachable.

When do you get the error page? Before you input the voucher code or after you input the code? Can you upload a photo about the phenomenon?
