Hello there -

I am looking to buy two TL-SG1024DE instead of one 48 port. Can I use link aggregation to connect these two together instead of spending more money to get dedicated stacking units? This is for my house - so not needing "enterprise" gear.... Just looking to not have a bottle neck on a single 1GB port.... I selected V4 for hardware - will be ordered if I can do this...

@swanyre

Of course you can connect two TL-SG1024DE together with link aggregation. You may solve the bottle neck between two switch. But uplink port may become the bottle neck as well unless your uplink device also support link aggregation. But at least the link aggregation will be good for the communication of local network.
