Hi guys,

I am trying to make network connection between two parts of a building, across 4 floors. Unfortunately, LAN cable (CAT5/6) is out of a question due to other residents of the building, so probably only possibility is WiFi - not great, (hopefully) not terrible.

Currently the only WiFi APs/Clients with directional antenna I have on hand are:
1pc TP-Link CPE210 - https://www.tp-link.com/us/business-networking/outdoor-radio/cpe210/
1pc Ubiquiti Nanostation 2 Loco - https://dl.ubnt.com/loco2_datasheet.pdf (I know it doesn't support 802.11n, but I this is the best I could borrow for quick test)

When I tried to direct the antennas against each other, I couldn't make a connection at all, SNR was around 4-6 dB.

When I directed the antennas so the signal would "bounce" off the nearby building, I managed to connect to AP from client with real speed was around 300 Kbps, SNR was around 10-12 dB. (See https://imgur.com/a/ucx1Bo2https://imgur.com/a/ucx1Bo2 for poor-man's sketch of the situation)

My question is: If I buy two TP-Link CPE210 / CPE220, could I get stable connection with speed at least 10 Mbps? I am also open to suggestion for other devices.
