How do you enable/disable POE POWER on individual ports?
How do you enable/disable POE POWER on individual ports?
Is there another switch that can do this from TP LINK or other?
I have tested this and it only drops power upon REBOOT.
Disabling ports do NOT drop power.

TL-SG108PE is not selectable in Model area in the for. Must type SG for the only options.

Hi,
Please note that the TL-SG108 doesn't support PoE at all.
For TP-Link PoE switches, except for Unmanaged Switches, we can disable/enable PoE power on individual ports under PoE > PoE config, and PoE Status of PoE port is enabled by default settings.
Note: Unmanaged Switches cannot be configured, so we cannot disable PoE power on Unmanaged PoE switches.
Edit: PoE configuration is only available on certain devices.
To check whether your device supports this feature, please refer to the actual web interface.

@Fae I have a TL-SG1016PE POE+ switch. I can't get power to activate on the screen you have as an example. When I try to do anything it says "FAILED". I've plugged in known working POE cameras, no network connection, but when I plug in a camera and use an injector, then it can work, so I know the CAT5 cable is working. I've also swapped cables.
The switch just says the POWER STATUS is off, and I can't seem to get it to work. Not with POE or POE+. I also used the web browser and TP-LINK config app. I've made sure the Firmware is the most up to date as well.
What else can be done?
