I have two 30 Mbps connections and I use the TL-R470T+ to combine them both to 60 Mbps. It is working prefectly in almost all applications, However I noticed on YouTube it only uses one of the 2 connection as it gives me a maximum usage speed of 30 Mbps. Is there a way to fix this and let YouTube use both of the connections ?

Load Balance selects which WAN connection based on sessions. If the application only uses one session, then it won't be able to aggregate several WAN links together.
It seems that YouTube establishes only one session with end-point so that you only get a maximum speed of 30Mbps.
