we run two TL-SG1024DE:
- V3
1.0.1 Build 20170530 Rel.39402
- V1
1.0.1 Build 20131023 Rel.33093
since about 8 weeks both switches hang about every 4 weeks, without reset you can't do anything with the devices anymore.
We have been operating the devices for years :-(

For the V3 switch, try upgradeing the firmware to the newest one.
