Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.4 Build 20200313 Rel.41831

Dear All,

We need to block access to public internet into our network from an specific IP Group.

First, we have created the

IP Address List

And add it to a group

Now we go to Firewall -> Access Control and create a rule

But, nothing works.
We have tried a lot of combinations and all the time, the IP GROUP has access to the internet.

Appear as the rule is not being applied ...

Is there any tutorial or anyone that can help me?

Thanks, Rafael

Did you clear the Cache or reboot the router before you test whether the ACL rule takes effect?

By the way, if you know the MAC address of the LAN user, you could also use the MAC Filtering function to meet this demand.
