Routed Port in Routing Interface

What is the function of this Routed Port in Routing - Interface?
Is it similar to Cisco -> No Switchport function?

What is the function of this Routed Port in Routing - Interface?Is it similar to Cisco -> No Switchport function?
The routed port changes the port from being a Layer 2 interface to a layer 3 interface, it doesn't belong to any vlan but just works like a router interface with a Layer 3 routing protocol. I think it is similar to Cisco’s No Switchport function.

As this No Switchport function is over Cisco switch only have....
As I'm facing a case with the Aruba 3810 dont have such function, unless it was higher model like Chasis type model of Aruba switch only got similar function, but not call as No Switchport.
Coz need link up the Aruba 3810 switch to other side with Cisco switch, and the setting over that side of Cisco has configured as No Switchport.
So it become can't carry any vlan over to the location whereby using the Aruba 3810 switch dy.
