TL-R470T+ Unable to get Wan 2 up

TL-R470T+ Unable to get Wan 2 up

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : V2.1
ISP : Bigpond Cable/TPG DSL2+
I know this will be simple for someone, but enough of that.
I have the Bigpond Cable in WAN1 and the TPG in WAN2. The Cable goes online no problem, but doesn't show the details of the connection. It is however connected.
In WAN2 when I try and connect to the TPG system, the log says "WAN2:DHCP send DHCP-DISCOVERY timeout."
I am using the correct user/pw combination, but I think I need to unset the DHCP server in the other routers?
Thoughts please?
